Building Works:
Repairs to all wet area waterproofing including removal and replacement of wall and floor tiling and fittings to 140 apartments. These units were subject to a warranty claim on the original builder who had gone into bankruptcy. The committee had set funds to work with and the works were achieved for less than those allotted funds.
Site Specific Building Solutions:
The logistics of accessing peoples apartments on a day-to-day basis when they were often not present meant that there needed to be a high degree of trust. Many of these apartments were valued at over a million dollars and the fixtures reflected this.
Matt and the men working with him did a fantastic job and along the way gained the trust and respect of virtually every owner or lessee of every apartment.
Contract Result;
The building works were completed to the satisfaction of all involved and within the timeframe and funds allotted.
The working relationship between the client and DNAco ended on a high note with plenty of encouragement for Matt and his crew. The body corporate gave us a wonderful “Thank You” letter and dinner as a memento of the work.
