Site Specific Building Solutions:
The main issue with retirement village work generally is the physical well being of the residents. The particular problems can include deafness, blindness or even awareness of danger. Some of the more localised jobs were easy to control access to via fencing etc but the widespread jobs such as roadworks and paving take major time and effort to manage. DNAco worked closely with The staff of Greenways Retirement Village and Jonathan Forster to ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents at all times
Contract Results:
DNAco, Greenways and Jonathan Forster developed a good working relationship that grew over a number of years. DNAco and Jonathan Forster have also worked on numerous projects at Balmoral Gardens Retirement Village over a similar time frame
