Site Specific Building Solutions:
As the floor of the building was timber, a suspended slab was needed to support the 6.5 tonne MRI scanner. A sloping floor also needed to be corrected.
Due to the medical centre including an audiologist, it was crucial that Bill communicate well with centre staff with regards to the timing of noisy works.

Contract Results:
The project was completed on time and within the contract sum. Positive feedback was given by other medical professionals working in the building at the time of construction works – especially with regard to noise and co-operation with timing of works.
