Our management team consisted of Melville Quilliam as the Contract/Project Manager with Warren Bailey being the Onsite Supervisor.

Building Works:
Level 1 extension above existing tilt-up panel construction to provide
CGM with extensive office space. This project also entailed the
refurbishment of existing ground floor facilities and warehouse.
Site Specific Building Solutions:
As some of the trades were contracted by CGM, it was important to work closely with our client to co-ordinate all works.
Contract Result:
A close and effective working relationship with the client and
consultant team at every stage of the work has delivered a functional
building and striking streetscape that is a credit to all involved.
