Management Structure:
Projects are overseen by Melville Quilliam as the Contract/Project Manager with the assistance of a DNAco Onsite Supervisor. Both Melville and the Site Supervisor work in conjunction with Ken Ryall as clients representative.

Building Works:
Typically, the work involves  renovation, upgrading and maintenance of residential units and village facilities.

Site Specific Building Solutions:
These works are carried out in a close knit environment. It is vital to realise the importance of a non intrusive environment for all village residents. To achieve a harmonious environment, Bill works closely with the village residents and village management.
 
Contract Result:
As village residents come and go, we have seen a steady flow of projects. Through many years of continuing work, we have built a trusting relationship with the village management.
