The construction of a new 2 storey Youth facility including Auditorium , meeting rooms, kitchen and bathrooms within an existing factory building

Management Structure:
DNAco’s team consisted of Des Nixon as the Contract Manager with Trent Dashwood being the Onsite Supervisor and OH&S manager. This team worked in conjunction with CCCW’s consultant Rudolf Arends via weekly site meetings and other standard procedures
Site Specific Building Solutions:
Very similar process to the Stage 1 works but with even greater emphasis on the acoustic solutions as the noise generated by Youth was anticipated to be louder than the previous stage.
There was also the need to work alongside an existing, working church facility that was not there during Stage 1
Contract Result:
Again a very similar result to Stage 1 with works being completed within the contracted period and established good relationships being reinforced
