Building Works:
Conversion of existing hospital wards to an IVF clinic involving lab, treatment rooms and consulting rooms.
Site Specific Building Solutions:
During the construction phase DNAco was brought on board with the design team to assist with the design and installation of a complete functioning Cath lab, renovation of existing wards to cardiac standards and the installation of executive offices.
The construction works were of a complex structural nature as they involved modifications to an existing two storey gym to create a new floor for the executive offices. Due to the weight and height of the Cath lab equipment, the existing floor of the gym needed to be removed and replaced. This involved the closure of the main entry and reception area. Our building works were closely coordinated so as to allow the continual functioning of the hospital and seven operating theatres as well as meeting a very tight deadline for completion.
Contract Results:
The project was completed on time and within budget, DNAco have gone on to complete other projects both large and small at The Avenue.
