Building Works:
Refurbishment of existing bedrooms and staff station including extensions to existing building and major A/C upgrades.
Project Specific Building Solutions:
As with similar refurbishment work completed in the Austin Adolescent Unit, a high degree of sensitivity to the staff and patients of this unit needed to be upheld. Timing of building works, site security and minimal disruption to the on-going running of the facility were a high priority for DNAco staff. Work was staged to meet these priorities.
Contract Result:
The project was completed to the satisfaction of the client, on time and within budget.
