Site Specific Building Solutions:
This renovation and extension project required extensive internal strip out including a large, very heavy bank-safe door. An extension was also required. The new works incorporated new air-conditioning and medical gas equipment as well as a new operating theatre for day procedures. It was essential that the finished product be to a very high standard in order to meet the requirements of a surgical environment.
Contract Results:
The project was completed to the satisfaction of both the client and the Department of Human Services, and within the timeframe and budget allotted.
